Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was great overall with a noise-free room, large, bright, and nicely decorated. The staff was cheerful, helpful, and prompt in service, providing extras upon request. The location was fantastic, close to Vondel Park and convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was good but could have better coffee quality. The facilities were well-kept with a good range of options for guests.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and really spacious, especially being on the ground floor. However, the room I had on Friday night cost over double what I paid on the previous two nights. On the downside, the room was super small, had no natural light, and was below ground level with a view of a close wall.
The hotel had a mix of pros and cons. The rooms were comfortable and perfect, but a bit cold due to the A/C issue. The service was friendly and helpful, especially Lucia. The location, while a bit far, offered good access to public transportation. The dining options were nice, although a bit limited. Overall, a cozy stay with some minor drawbacks.
Our stay was pleasant overall. The hotel offers a quiet location, cute decor, and a free happy hour glass of wine, but the check-in experience was not very friendly. Finding Vondelpark was a bit of a challenge. The parking spot in the basement was convenient.
I absolutely loved this hotel! It's just the right mix of quirky and comfortable with top-notch service. The rooms were perfect and cozy, the staff was excellent, and the location was ideal for a relaxing yet convenient stay. The dining options were good, although a bit pricey. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the Dutch hotel was enjoyable overall. The room was quiet and very clean, but I missed having coffee making facilities. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience smooth, whether it was purchasing tram tickets or getting advice on nearby attractions. The location, on the edge of Vondelpark, was lovely for a peaceful walk, but it's not super close to the bustling city center. The dining options were nice, though not very varied. I found the facilities to be simple but sufficient for a comfortable stay.
