The hotel was great overall with a noise-free room, large, bright, and nicely decorated. The staff was cheerful, helpful, and prompt in service, providing extras upon request. The location was fantastic, close to Vondel Park and convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was good but could have better coffee quality. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and really spacious, especially being on the ground floor. However, the room I had on Friday night cost over double what I paid on the previous two nights. On the downside, the room was super small, had no natural light, and was below ground level with a view of a close wall.
